Papst Bonifaz VIII. befiehlt dem Propst von Ötting (Ottingen.), Diöz. Salzburg, über Klage des Domkapitels gegen Konrad v. Gold egg (Coldek), Laien der Diöz. Sbg., wegen Schulden, Besitzungen etc., die Angelegenheit zu untersuchen und zu entscheiden. »Conquesti sunt«. Dat. Lateran. 12 kal. april. p. n. a. 1. Or. B an Hanf in Wien.
