Papst Alexander III. schreibt an den Bf von Gurk, die Pröpste von Salzburg und Gurk und an das Domkapitel zu Salzburg, dass er bis zum Ausgang der Sache die erbetene Dispens in Betreff der Regierung und Provision der Salzburger Kirche nicht erteilen könne (ddo Tusculum (Frascati)).
