Abstract
15. April 1293, Trostberg
Hzg. Otto v. Bayern schenkt, obwohl "iuxta sanctionem legalem partus regulariter debeat sequi ventrem", Elisabeth, die Tochter Karls von Göming (Gebning), und die Söhne Karls der Mutter nach zur herzogl. Familie gehören, aus Verehrung des hl. Rudbert und aus Zuneigung zu Eb Konrad die genannte Elisabeth der Salzburger Kirche, der jedoch kein Anspruch auf die Knaben zustehe. Dat. et act. apud Trostperch a. d. 1293 17 kal. maii. Or., S fehlt, in Wien. Dopsch in MIöG 22, 638 n. 8.
