Universis Christi fidelibus presentes litteras audituris. Heinricus Comes de Thebein — nec non Wilwirgis uxor eius comitissa de Hardek salutem in omnium saluatore. Vt ea que libere pro animarum remedio religiosis conferuntur , sine impeticione quiete possideant, necesse est res collatas per testes et scripta transmitti memorie posterorum. Notum sit igitur omnibus presentibus et futuris, quod nos unanimi uoluntate noue fundacioni sanctimonialium Cysterciensis ordinis in Maeilan, quam sincerissima deliberacione plantandam suscepimus pro remidio animarum nostrarum, tres uineas iusto empcionis tytulo per nos propria pecunia conparatas delegauimus post mortem nostram perpetuo possidendas. Predicte uero uinee diversis in locis site hiis nominibus designantur, videlicet in Pulka vna, que dicitur Vitisser, alia in Liutaker, que dicitur Swipel tercia uero in Retzpach eiusdem uille nomine Retzpacher nominatur. Vt autem hec nostra delegatio omni tempore firma permaneat, iam dicto conuentui in Maeilan litteras has contulimus sigillorum nostrorum munimine roboratas cum testibus subnotatis qui sunt.
