Ut ea, que a fidelibus uiris et catholicis fiunt ad Commodum et sustentacionem religiosarum personarum deo cottidie famulantium laudabiliter et deuote robur optineant firmitatis, et per obliuionem nequeant aboleri, necessitas exigit scripture remedio precaveri. Notum sit igitur omnibus christi fidelibus, tam presentibus quam futuris hanc paginam intuentibus, Quod Ego Stephanus de Missowe Marschalkus Austrie Claustrum quoddam dominarum ordinis Cysterciensis diuina commonitione commotus fundaui de nouo in honore domine nostre beate Marie virginis, et construxi in Chruoge in remedium michi et animarum predecessorum meorum omnium, ad fundationem huiusmodi fundum Claustri jam dicti, ubi idem Claustrum situm est, videlicet pomerium in Chruoge veram et liberam proprietatem meam dominabus in eodem loco habitantibus sana mente, spontanea uoluntate libere condonaui. Item ad hoc eciam eidem claustro omnem proprietatem meam, quam habui in dicta villa in Chruoge siue sit in villa, uel in campo, sev in laneis aut areis, pratis piscinis, agris, pascuis uel pomeriis, totum dictis dominabus voluntarie tribui et donaui, excepto, quod Castellum ibidem pro mea mansione michi ipsi pro tempore vite mee reseruabo, sed post obitum tunc idipsum Castrum ad prefatum Monasterium sicut et alia bona mea iure proprietario debet pertinere perpetuo et in futurum. Ne autem de tam sollempni donacione alicui scrupulus uel malignitas oriatur, unde sepe dicto claustro seu dominabus posset calumpnia inposterum euenire, hanc litteram eidem claustro ac dominabus ob monimentum firmum nostri sigilli munimine dedimus roboratam.
