Ego Jeuta relicta quondam Lodewici de Speissendorf per tenorem presencium notum facio vniuersis tam presentibus quam futuris, quod ego cum consensu beniuolo Lŏdewici filii mei nec non ceterorum liberorum meorum contuli intuitu diuine remuneracionis, ac in honorem beate semper virginis marie domui sanctimonialium in sancto Bernhardo ordinis Cysterciensis curiam meam mageriam in Rorenpach et locum ville nunc deserte in Reicholfs ad pratum inibi faciendum, eo quod feno nutriendo locus ipse ydoneus videatur quo domus predicta permaxime indigebat. Que duo, curiam videlicet ac locum prefatum ipsi domui prenominate plene ac hereditario iure, sicut ea cum heredibus meis possedisse cognoscor trado libere imperpetuum possidenda manu mea nec non Lŏdwici filii mei predicti, qui singulariter quatuor talenta Wiennensium denariorum percepit a fratre Alberto procuratore yconomoque tunc predictarum sanctimonialium pro eo, quod omni iuri suo, quod in eisdem bonis habere poterat, omnino et fideliter renunciavit. Vt autem hec collacio et resignacio bonorum eorundem domui sepedicte quieta et stabilis imperpetuum perseveret, ego et Lŏdwicus iam sepefatus filius meus has patentes conferimus domine Offemie Abbatisse, totique conventui in sancto Bernhardo ad certitudinem rei perpetuam et cautelam. Quoniam vero sigillo caremus proprio ipsas patentes sigillo domini Stephani de Meyssow Marschalci Austrie, qui ecclesie predicte aduocatus est, cuique ipse lŏdwicus filius meus in clientele famulatur ministerio duximus sigillandas. Testes eciam huius rei sunt dominus Stephanus de Meyssow predictus, Aloldus de Kyowe, Ortolfus de Ronberg, Poppo de Liebenberg ministeriales, Gotfridus dictus Cynko, Heinricus de Pach milites, Heinricus de Wiltperg heinricus de Dachpach.
