Preterea ego sub caucione presencium conpromisi, quod predicta bona contra omnium inpetitorum insultus omnimodis defensare liberaque reddere debeam et quieta, prout secundum conmune ius terre proprietarie possessiones suorum expetunt tutamina venditorum.
