Nos Perhtoldus judex consulesque iurati ciuitatis Wiennensis tenore presentium recognoscimus publice profitentes, tam presentium quam futurorum memorie conmendantes, quod vir strenuus, dominus Pilgrimus miles, conciuis noster filius quondam domini Paltrami ante cimiterium sancti Stephani propter multiformia debita, per que nimium inplicitus extitit, et ad supplendam vite sue inopiam, quod vvlgariter ehaft not dicitur, sicut in presencia nostra approbauit evidentissime testimonio duorum credibilium virorum, scilicet domini Haymonis, filii Ottonis, filii Haymonis et Paltrami Vatzonis redditus octo talentorum denariorum in Gumpendorf vendidit reuerende domine nostre Elizabeth illustri Ducisse Austrie et Stirie, quos eadem reverenda domina nostra claustro sanctimonialium ad sanctum Bernhardum, ordinis cysterciensium dedit pie et principaliter propter deum libere et quiete possidendas; dandi, vendendi, obligandi et in vsus suos convertendi prout ipsorum placuerit voluntati. Nos vero connoscentes huiusmodi causam rite ac racionabiliter procedere ipsam approbamus et confirmamus presentibus sigilli nostre ciuitatis robore consignatis. Datum Wienne anno domini millesimo ducentesimo nonagesimo septimo.
