Ne rerum gestarum seriem quorumlibet posterorum calumpnia depravari contingat, necesse est, eam certo literarum testimonio conmuniri. Igitur ego Stephanus de Hohenwerch cupio scire tam posteros quam presentes, quod libero utens arbitrio sex solidos et tres denarios reddituum libere ac proprie hereditatis mee sitos in villa Waiczendorf quos iure successionis et particione hereditaria ea morte matris mee sortitus sum venerabili conventui sanctimonialium in sancto bernhardo pleno iure racionabiliter vendidi pro octo talentis denariorum wiennensis monete, quos me plenarie percepisse profiteor, ipsosque redditus cum iure proprietatis et advocacia atque omnibus suis pertinenciis resignavi predicto conventui cum libertate perpetua possidendos. Et licet isti sint redditus, quos cum ceteris bonis pie memorie mater mea predicto conventui testamentaliter delegavit; tamen per determinacionem arbitrorum, videlicet avunculi mei Stephani de meyssow et Chunradi de Pillichdorf addicti sunt et additi sorti mee. Preterea ego sub caucione presencium conpromitto, quod predicta bona contra omnium inpetitorum insultus antedicto conventui volo et teneor defensare, liberaque reddere omnimodis et quieta, prout secundum comune ius terre proprietarie possessiones suorum expetunt tutamina venditorum. In huius rei testimonium sepe dicto conventui patentes has assigno sigilli mei, necnon eciam sigilli predicti avunculi mei de meyssow munimine roboratas. Testes sunt Aloldus de Cheyow, Et hainricus filius eius, Hadmarus et Wulfingus dicti de Sunberch, Hadmarus et Albero de Schonberch. Hugo tverso de Liechtenvels, hii ministeriales. Hainricus Wiltperger et Lewtwinus gener eius. Engelbertus iudex de Horn. Albero Walkerstainer, hii clientes Et alii quam plures fide digni. Actum et datum in Stranczendorf Anno domini Mo CCo LXXXXVIIIo XIV. Kalendas Octobris.
