Nota quod Capella in Gruenberch in honore beate marigarete virginis consecrata antiquitus fuit de corpore ecclesie in Stregen, a cuius iurisdicione exemit eam dominus rudgerus castor, ita quod nullus plebanorum in Stregen in perpetuum aliquant sibi iurisdicionem, vendicare presumat, hoc solum excepto, quod in die beate margarete officium in eadem capella habere singulis annis tenetur, et quitquit tunc oblatum fuerit, ad ipsum plebanum libere pertinebit. Ista autem exempcio de consensu domini Wernhardi Episcopi Pataviensis secundum relacionem sequentis litere noscitur fore facta.Source Regest:

Nos Wernhardus dei gracia ecclesie Pataviensis Episcopus tenore presencium confitemur, quod Nos exempcionem capelle site in Castro Gruenperch nostre Dyocesis accedente consensu in Christo fratris domini Sifridi abbatis et conventus ecclesie in Altenburga, ad quos iuspatronatus ecclesie in Stregen, in cuius limitibus dicta capella consistit, dinoscitur pertinere, consenciente eciam Wolframo plebano de stregen auctoritate ordinaria confirmamus in hiis scriptis Rudgero castori suisque heredibus in prefata capella Gruenberch iuspatronatus recognoscentes prout in litera prefati domini abbatis et conventus in Altenburga plenius continetur. In cuius rei testimonium presentes damus literas nostro sigillo munitas. Datum Egenburge Anno domini Millesimo Ducentesimo Nonagesimo nono XIIo Kalendas Novembris.
