Dietrich, Dechant und Pfarrer zu Pulkau, bezeugt nach vorgenommener Untersuchung, daß das Nonnenkloster St. Bernhard von einem ihm gehörigen Hollergarten in Rohrendorf in der Pfarre Pulkau keinen Zehent zu entrichten habe.

Dietricus miseracione divina Decanus et plebanus in Pulka universis christi fidelibus salutem et noticiam subscriptorum. Cum favorabilis res sit religio, pium ac deo placitum fore arbitramur eis intendere, atque ea, que ad religiosorum comodum seu utilitatem pertinent, in quantum possumus, promovere. Ideoque cum domine in sancto Bernhardo ortum olerum in Radendorf, qui ad earum curiam in Lewtakcher spectat, habeant rivo Pulka adiacentem, super quo aliquem scrupulum pertulerunt, quod de eiusdem orti oleribus a nostris procuratoribus decima poscebatur, nos diligenti super hoc inquisicione habita relacione antiquorum veridica pro certo conperimus, quod predicte sanctimoniales iure suo antiquo inde decimam solvere non tenentur, unde paci et quieti ipsarum pie consulentes libertatem orti predicti ab omni decima, tam a nobis, quam a cunctis nostris successoribus ratificamus, et in perpetuum confirmamus et presentem super hoc eis damus et per manus fratris Arnoldi procuratoris earum mittimus literam contra omnes in futurum calumpnias nostri sigilli caractere conmunitam. Datum in Pulka Anno domini Millesimo Trecentesimo XXIII. In die sancti Laurencii martiris gloriosi.
