Niclas der Teuffenprein Bürger zu Wiener Neustadt, Jakob und Hans seine Brüder verkaufen ihres freien Eigens 5 Schilling und 5 Pf. Geldes auf Krautgärten vor dem Unger Thor zu Neustatt um 1/2 Pfund Wiener Pfennig Burgrecht auf einem Hause zu Neustatt um 10 Pfund Wiener Pfennig den Kindern des verstorbenen Hartneid Schön.
