Notariatsinstrument, kraft dessen Patriarch Bertrand von Aquileja den Prokurator des Grafen Friedrich von Cilli, Conrad von Neumburch, mit dem von dem Diakon Philippus de Civitate Austria namens des Johannes de Sheir, Vikars in Tiver, resignierten Zehnten in der Pfarre Tiver belehnt.Zeugen: Galhardus abbas monasterii Rosacensis, Guido de Manzano decanus Civitatensis, Gambinus de Cremona canonicus Civitatensis, Gerardus de Cucania.Siegler: Patriarch Bertrand.
