Erzherzog Ferdinand I. erhebt über Bitte des Sigmund von Dietrichstein den Ort "Sandt Paternian" (Paternion) in Kärnten zu einem Markt und gewährt seinen Einwohnern einen Jahrmarkt am Sonntag vor Martini und einen Wochenmarkt an jedem Dienstag.
