    Nouerit omnis secutura posteritas, quod ego Liupoldvs deigratia Dux Austrie uocatvs et cognatus meus comes Cůnradus de Rakyz aduocatiam super duas uillas in Rakiz ad monasterium Garstense pertinentes, quarum unam, que uocatur munchcrůde pater eius illuc tradidit, alteram, que dicitur ad Garstenses, ipse dedit, super has inquam aduocatiam et totum jus aduocatie bono animo ac prompta uoluntate dimittentes eidem ecclesie pro salute nostra et parentum nostrorum contradimus proprietarie deinceps possidenda. Ergo ex hoc et de reliquo nullus in predictis locis jus aduocatie usurpare sibi presumat sed in abbatis consistat arbitrio, cui uelit honestorum uirorum ita bona sua commendare tuenda, ut si unus modum excesserit, illi auferat conmendationem et alteri committat. Sed et ipsi abbati omnem abscidimvs infeudandi siue inbeneficiandi potestatem, alioquin ipsi honorem nostrum habere quam extranee dominacioni subicere mallemvs.
