In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis otacher marchio stirensis chunrado abbati de garsten omnibusque eius successoribus in perpetuum. Omnibus christi fidelibus tam futuris quam presentibus notum fieri cupimus contractum, qui inter ecclesiam gaerstensem et inter heinricum de tounchenstein uxoremque suam liukardem filiam Reinheri de stein publice et in nostra celebratus est presentia. Itaque iam dicta liukardis postquam manu domini est tacta, ita uidelicet, quod ab hominum consortio propter infirmitatem suam debuit sequestrari, quia liberos non habebat, omne patrimonium suum in engensteten siue alias ubicunque situm, quod a Reinhero patre suo iure hereditario acceperat, prememorato heinrico marito suo presente et consentiente per manum nostram cum omni iure, quo prius ipsa tenuerat, manu potestatiua gaerstensi tradidit ecclesie tali sane ex parte abbatis Chůnradi et fratrum suorum conditione interposita, ut, quoad uiueret, ex administratione ipsorum necessaria corporis ibidem subsidia perciperet. Huius siquidem donationis titulo cum predicta beate uirginis ecclesia collata sibi predia integre omnia possideret, prefatus heinricus eorundem partem prediorum sibi tantum ad tempus uite sue dimitti studiose rogauit coram nobis firmiter protestans, quod nec concessionis nec proprietatis nomine eadem predia sibi unquam uendicabit, sed ut statim post mortem suam cum omni supellectile ad gaerstensem iuste deuoluta redeant ecclesiam. Quia uero idem heinricus in donationem ab uxore sua scilicet liukarde prius ecclesie factam liberaliter consenserat, ipsius uxoris interuentu et nostro consilio sic est ordinatum, quod ecclesia istam partem prediorum, scilicet unam curtem routh, alteram in grůbe et unum allodium engensteten in monte situm, ad testimonium donationis sibi retinuit et de reliqua parte sub pretaxate pactionis forma peticioni heinrici adquieuit. Huius rei testes sunt Fridericus de perge, Vvluingus de chaphenperh, Vvluingus de stubenperch, Heinricus de tounchenstein et frater eius albero, Erchengerus de landesere, Lantfridus de eppenstein, Otto de troun, Gerungus de strechauue, Gundacharus de styra, Perngerus de chapelle, Vvarmunt de cirberch, Otto de uolchenstorf, Arnoldus de vvartenperch, Heinricus de stolzenvverde, Heinricus de hopfavve, Dietmar de putenauue, Duringus de ternperch, Duringus sheche et frater eius Marquardus, Rudolf de gersten, Chunradus de puhlarn et frater eius Marquardus, Reinherus de tein (sic), Rudolfus Rozflam, Vvezilo de styra.||
