Magister Gotschalk, des Herzogs von Österreich Schreiber, H. Canonicus von Ardagger und Witigo, der Schreiber von Enns, bezeugen, dass Abbt Gerung von Garsten dem Pfarrer Ulrich von Taversheim auf Lebensdauer die Capelle zu Haselbach samt zwei Gütern verliehen hat.

    Magister Gotscalcus notarius curie domini ducis Austrie, Magister H. canonicus Ardacensis, Witigo scriba anesi Omnibus presentem paginam inspecturis salutem in domino. Ne presentis scripture series in posteris euanescat, mvnimine sigillorum nostrorum eandem decrevimus roborandam ad omnium memoriam pervenire volentes, quod ad nostre petitionis instantiam Gerungus venerabilis abbas de Gersten de assensu fratrum suorum capellam in Haselbach, que titulo exemptionis adepto ad suum pertinet monasterium pleno ivre, contulit Vlrico plebano in Taversheim filio Hildmari de Linza duobus adiunctis prediis pro personali beneficio possidendis, que duo predia henricus plebanus ecclesie predicte ad dies suos possederat eo ivre, ita videlicet, quod post personam dicti Vlrici plebani nullus successorum suorum de prefatis prediis habeat contra memoratum monasterium huius collationis pretextu aliquam intentare querelam, sed cum integritate debita possessionibus monasterij sicut antea strictus applicentur, nisi de pia voluntate monasterii meruerit obtinere, qui successor fuerit institutus. Actum et Datum in vrbe Styria Anno domini M. CC. L. V. sub Otakaro duce austrie, rege boemie, Indictionis tertie decime.
