Ego Gvndacharvs de Storchenberch presentibus litteris cupio fieri manifestum, quod, cum essem in Gerstensi ecclesia constitutus, et memor fuissem sepulture parentum meorum, que ibidem sollempnis habetur, ductus ex cordis intimo zelo dej totum predium meum, scilicet nouem mansos virorum in Chvrnperch sitorum deputaui et tradidi dicto Garstensi Monasterio et fratribus ibidem deo seruientibus pleno iure in usum perpetuum et liberum duraturos ob remedium anime mee ac omnium parentum meorum viuorum pariter ac defunctorum. Vt autern dicta traditio per nullum de meis heredibus contradici valeat aut aliquatenus irritari, presentem litteram sigillo meo proprio communitam dicto Monasterio dedi liberaliter ad cautelam. Testes autem huius traditionis sunt Helmhardus miles meus, Vlricus de tenne, Walchvnus, Marquardus et perhtoldus fratres dicti privhaven, Duringus Schecho, Hervvicus de Chrotendorf, Vlricus de Tvrsendorf, Ortolfus de Chersperch, Engilmarus officialis, Heinricus ppha (propheta ?), Heinricus dotarius et alij quam plures. Acta sunt hec in Gerstensi monasterio anno domini millesimo ducentesimo sexagesimo primo sub venerabilj abbate Vlrico.
