Ego Gvndacharus de Storchenberch ad omnium hominum noticiam cupio peruenire, quod, cum essem quadam die in Gerstensi ecclesia constitutus et uiderem ibidem sepulturam celebrem et conmunem parentum meorum corde conpunctus statui et elegi domino concedente michi fieri sepulturam ibidem tamquam in sepulchro patrum meorum recipiens, a venerabili abbate domino Friderico et a fratribus dexteras manuales cum promissione ac fide sincera, quod ipsi, ubicunque locorum citra mare inuenerint me defunctum, statim nullo penitus resistente me recipiant terre in suo Monasterio conmendandum saluo iure mortuarii parrochialis ecclesie, in quacunque transiero dies uite. Insuper nouerint uniuersi, quod ego prediala mea scilicet residentias nouem uirorum in Chvrnperch cum silua, que iam diu ob salutem anime mee ac omnium parentum mearum dicto Monasterio tradenda concepi, super altare sancte Marie Magdalene prefati Monasterij propria manu donaui fratribus illic deo seruientibus perpetuo possidenda in usus liberos et eternos, non obstante, si forte casu aliquo incidente, quod absit, corpus meum ad dictum Monasterium non fuerit deportatum. Et ne aliquis heredum meorum hanc meam donationem ualeat irritare, sigillo meo proprio presentes litteras conmunitas sepe dicto Monasterio tradidi ad cautelam, maxime cum ego in quodam concambio pro quodam predio et Curia Durinshaim dictum Monasterium fuerim supergressus. Testes huius rei sunt, qui presentes aderant, Dominus Helmhardus miles meus, Vlricus de Tenne scriba, Walchunus officialis de Losenstain et filius suus Heinricus, Otto de Rotenmos, Wernhardus de Sincinge, Alram de Lovterbach, Fridericus de Stechaim, Duringus officialis de Terenperge et filius suus Forstil, Chunradus de Schoennpvhil, Heinricus jacober, Heinricus de Aistershaim, Ditricus de Gvsen, Vlricus et Otto de Chrotendorf. Acta sunt hec in Gerstensi Monasterio anno domini M. CC. LXIIII.
