Ego Chunradus de Sumerawe Jvdex prouintie austrie superioris presentibus litteris cupio fieri manifestum, quod venerabilis Gerstensis abbas Fridericus in nostro consistorio apud Linzam sollempniter obtinuit et honeste curiam dictam speke, quam tenuit dapifer de Crizenstein et nos per publicum nuncium Jvdicii Ottonem dictam curiam dedi abbati prefato. Datum et aetum jn Linza anno domini M. CC. LX. IIII. jn octaua Johannis baptiste. Testes sunt Dominus Ditricus pincerna de Dobra, Trostlinus, Rvgerus de prvschinch, Dominus vlricus de capella, Dominus Otto de truna, Chunradus Schermer, heinricus de aliten, Ortolfus de Chersperch, Richerus de Stadel, Marquardus de priuhauen et alii plures.
