Ego Heinricus dapifer de Lengepach presentibus litteris sub protestatione debita in notionem publicam cupio peruenire, quod cum inter me ac Gerstensem Ecclesiam pro Curia dicta Spekch fuisset diutissime litigatum, tandem ad instantiam venerabilis uiri F.(riderici) eiusdem loci abbatis et aliorum pro borum uirorum respectu mercedis diuine renunciaui plenarie omni iuri et iuris actioni, siquidem michi ac meis heredibus in dicta curia conpetere uidebatur, uolens, vt dictus abbas et fratres eiusdem Monasterij possessionem et usum liberum in prefata Curia debeant perpetualiter obtinere ita, quod nec vxor nec aliquis meorum heredum dictum Cenobium super memorata curia grauet aliqualiter uel molestet, abbas uero predictus septem talenta Wiennensis monete ad placandum motum mei animi super questione premissa finaliter michi dedit. Cuius rei testes sunt Dominus Hermannus de Rehperch, dominus Albertus de Wedlinge, Heinricus frater meus, Gozzo Judex de Cremsa, Gotfridus de Vrfar, Siboto de Moutarn, Zaizmannus, Rvesschlo de Stain, Heinricus scriba sororius meus, Wipoto et alii quam plures. Acta sunt hec in Cremsa in domo domini Alberti de Wedlinge Anno domini M. CC. LXIIII. proxima feria tercia post festum beatj Andree.
