    Nos fridericus dei gratia Gerstensis Ecclesie Abbas et Conuentus presentibus litteris protestamur, quod domno wernhardo de Lerpuehel, vxori sue ac omnibus heredibus suis eorundem predium nostrum an der Oed iuxta Cherpach locauimus iure perpetuo possidendum. Qui dictus wernhardus vel quicunque suus heres dictum iam predium pro tempore habuerit, LX. denarios conswete monete in Natiuitate beate virginis Monasterio nostro per manus officialis nostri de perbind inde persoluat, sed XXX. denarii de premissis proueniunt de quodam alio predio, quod idem prefatus W. et progenitores ipsius ab Ecclesia diu antea possiderunt (sic). Quod si pretaxatum censum uidelicet denariorum XXX. prescripto termino persoluere neglexerint, tunc semper ad XIIII. dies, donec sex perficiantur ebdomade, ad penam LX. denariorum supercrescant, sed si vltra in persoluendo fuerint negligentes, quod tunc iuris sententia dictauerit, subsequatur, nec ad manus alienas extra hereditatem ipsorum sine nostris manibus nullatenus transeant predia memorata. In cuius rei testimonium presentes litteras sibi damus nostrorum sigillorum munimine roboratas. Datum in Gersten Anno domini M. CC. LXX. VIII. XIIII. kalendas Junij.
