Rudolfus dei gracia Romanorum Rex semper augustus Omnibus Imperpetuum. Accedens presenciam Regie Maiestatis honorabilis ... Abbas Gerstensis Monasterij quoddam priuilegium a diuo quondam Friderico Romanorum Imperatore predecessore nostro Monasterio suo concessum non abolitum, non cancellatum nec in aliqua sui parte uiciatum nobis exhibuit petens humiliter et devote, vt ipsum et ea, que continebantur in eo, de uerbo ad uerbum inclusa presentibus confirmare de gracia Regia dignaremur. Cuius tenor talis est: In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis amen. Fridericus secundus diuina fauente clemencia Romanorum Imperator semper augustus (wie im Juni 1248). Nos igitur, quibus proprium est subiectorum fidelium emolimenta dirigere ac remediabiliter eorundem prouidere quieti, zelum deuocionis et fidei illibate, qua prefatus Abbas nomine fridericus honoris et glorie nostre Culmina studiosus amplectitur, graciosius intuentes deuotis suis supplicacionibus inclinati prefatam aduocaciam nobis et Imperio attinentem nobis et eidem Imperio more predicti Friderici Imperatoris nostri predecessoris attrahimus nostreque immediate subicimus potestati, Inhibentes omnibus, qui nominatim in scripto Illustris friderici Ducis austrie incluso presentibus sunt expressi, ne ipsi aut heredes eorum quicumque in aduocacia dicte Gerstensis Ecclesie jus aliquod inantea sibi vendicent aut usurpent, Quod si temere attemptare presumpserint, grauem nostre Maiestatis offensam se nouerint incursuros pena superius memorata nichilominus puniendi. Nulli igitur hominum, cuiuscumque condicionis aut status existat, liceat predictorum priuilegiorum tenores, quos huic nostro priuilegio insertos dicto Gerstensi Monasterio imperpetuum confirmamus, infringere uel eisdem in aliquo sub pena expressa superius ausu temerario contraire, Sicut indignacionem culminis nostri voluerit euitare. In quorum omnium robur et perennem memoriam presens scriptum Maiestatis nostre sigillo duximus roborandum. Huius rei testes sunt venerabiles Fridericus archiepiscopus salzburgensis, P. Patauiensis, Jo. Chiemensis et wernhardus secouiensis Ecclesiarum Episcopi. Illustres Ludowicus Comes Palatinus Reni princeps noster, albertus et Johannes Duces Saxonie principes nostri karissimi, Fridericus Burchgrauius de Nurenberch et alii quam plures. Signum domini Rudolfi Romanorum Regis Inuictissimi. Actum et Datum wienne per manus Magistri Gotfridi prothonotarij nostri Idus Marcii, Indiccione VII. anno domini Millesimo ducentesimo septuagesimo nono, Regni vero nostri anno sexto.
