Constitutus in nostra presencia honorabilis et religiosus vir, dilectus deuotus noster Michahel Abbas monasterij in Gersten pro se et suo conuentu nobis humiliter supplicauit quatenus priuilegium quoddam per illustrem quondam Leuppoldum Ducem Austrie eidem monasterio concessum et postmodum per recordacionis felicis Rudolfum, Fridericum et Leuppoldum illustres Duces Austrie gemranos nostros karissimos approbatum eciam nos ipsis et suo monasterio approbare, innouare et concedere de speciali gracia dignaremur, Cuius quidem priuilegij tenor talis est: Rudolfus, Fridericus et Leuppoldus dei gracia Duces Austrie et Styrie, domini Carnyole, Marchie ac Portusnaonis omnibus presencium inspectoribus in perpetuum. Ad nostram venientes presenciam honorabiles viri Abbas et Conuentus Monasterij Gerstensis (siehe Urkunde ddo. 2. Februar 1304 -OU. IV. 457). Nosigitur predictorum Abbatis et conuentus, vt suis deo precibus commendemur, supplicationibus inclinati predietum priuilegium de verbo ad verbum, prout est superius annotatum, et vniuersos ac singulos articulos in eo contentos liberaliter innouamus, approbamus, concedimus et presentis scripti munimine roboramus. Nulli ergo omnino hominum hanc nostre innouacionis paginam liceat infringere aut ei in aliquo ausu temerario contraire, quod qui facere presumpserit, nostre indignacionis offensam se nouerit incurrisse. In cuius testimonium sigillum nostrum presentibus est appensum. Datum Wienne die beate Barbare virginis Anno domini millesimo trecentesimo quadragesimo septimo.
