Abstract
27. April 1496
Cholman Gruentaller, Bürger zu Steyr, verkauft dem Abt Ulrich eine Hofstatt zu "Sarmig im Frachsntall" zwischen der Zeche der Schneider zu Steyr gehörigen Behausung und dem Hof der Margarethe der Keffermawrerin gelegen, Burgrecht der Herrschaft von Steyr.
