Ego Henricus de Ort notum facio uniuersis tam praesentibus quam futuris, quod Vdalschalcus de Trübenpach cum consensu matris suae Dominae Gertrudis possessiones suas tam in Trübenpach quam in Enstal sitas delegauit ad altare Sancti Andres in glunick perpetuo possidendas Et haec delegatio tradita est in manu Rudolfi nobilis de Russdorf ea uidelicet ratione, quod defunctis Domina Gertrude et Domino Alberone de ort, cui tunc matrimonialiter iuncta fuit, eam sine omni contradictione executioni mandaret tam libere uidelicet, quod nullus propinquorum dicti Vdalschalci quicquam Juris sibi de Jure posset usurpare in praediis antedictis. Fratres autem de Gleinck hanc delegationem taliter coemerunt, quod eidem Vdalschalco, cum esset in expeditionem iturus ad Sepulchrum Dominj tempore Imperatoris Friderici, qui iam erat similiter in procinctu, uiginti talenta et decem Marcas Argentj et unum equum satis bonum dabant. Testes sunt hi: Dominus Otto aduocatus, Albero de ort, Arnoldus, Rudolfus de Ruessdorf, Vdalschalcus Sachxo, Duringus de Oede, Albero poduwiz, Henricus de Trybenpach et alij plures. Acta sunt haec in Herzogenhalle praesente Domina Gyrtrude praedicta tempore Abbatis Marquardi secundj.
