Heinrich, Pfalzgraf am Rhein und Herzog in Bayern, genehmigt die Abtretung des Vogtei- und Patronats-Rechtes auf die Kirche in Hadershofen durch seinen Vasallen Poppo von Grünenburg an das Kloster Gleink.

    Nos dei gratia Heinricus palatinvs Comes Rheni et dux Bawarie ad Noticiam presentium et memoriam futurorum cupimus pervenire, quod, cum Poppo de Grvnenburch noster fidelis ad instantiam Chvnradi venerabilis Abbatis De Glvenich omne jvs, quod sibi ex Aduocatia et jure patronatus in Ecclesia Hedereichscoven dicta nostro nomine et tytulo pheodali modo quolibet conpetebat, dicto Gluenicensi monasterio tradidisset, nos diuine mercedis intuitu voluntatis nostre magnificentiam addentes eidem fauorem nostrum benivolum et assensum supererogauimus in premissis ad roborandum perpetuo firmamento donationem superius memoratam volentes, vt eadem Glvenicensis Ecclesia tam jn decimis quam omnibus jvribus antedictis secura deinceps gaudeat libertate. Hvius rei Testes sunt Chvnradus comes de Mospůrch, Vlricus de Abelsperch (sic), Chunradus de Preisinge, Alhardus de Vrowenhoven, Witilo de Vrowenberch, Winmarus Asinus, Heinricus de Toufchirichen, Heinricus de Rorbach, Gvndacher de storchenberch, Vlricus De Capella, Gvndacherus de losensteine, Marquardus Privhaven, Ortolfus de Chersperge cum multis aliis. Acta sunt hec Anno domini Millesimo Ducentesimo Septuagesimo Sexto, Indictione Quarta. Datvm apud Linzam per manus Magistri Friderici prothonotarij nostri Septimo Decimo kalendas Decembris.
