    Nouerit viuentium memoria, quod ego Heinricus filius dominj Perchtoldi prevhavenj decimam in Hoedershouen, pro qua Conventus Glu°nicensis monasterij cum patre meo quodammodo contendebat, ad instantiam dominj Offonis ibidem nunc Abbatis eidem cenobio restituj contestando, quod nullus heredum meorum vel certe aliorum, qui mêê possessionis erunt participes, contra memoratum cenobium pro memorata decima mouere audeat deinceps actionem. Vt autem talis contestatio per me siue per alios, qui meam hereditatem participant irrefragabiliter in antea teneatur, presentem litteram tribus sigillis videlicet dominj ch(unradi) de volchenstorf et Heinrici mei patruj necnon et meo in evidens testimonium conmvniuj.
