    Vrbanus Episcopus Seruus seruorum dei, Venerabili fratri N. N. Episcopo Olomucensi salutem et apostolicam benediccionem. Conquesti sunt nobis dilecti filii N. N. Abbas et Conuentus Monasterii in Glunick ordinis sancti Benedicti, quod plebanus de Sirnick Patauiensis diocesis, Ecclesiam de Tuedich eiusdem dioecesis, quam ipsi Abbas et Conuentus in usus proprios canonice obtinebant, laicali fultus potencia temere occupauit, eamque detinet occupatam, in eorundem Abbatis et conuentus praeiudicium et grauamen. Quocirca fraternitati tuae per apostolica scripta mandamus, quatenus partibus conuocatis, audias causam, et ajpellacione remota debito fine decidas; faciens quod decreueris per censuram ecclesiasticam firmiter obseruari. datum apud Vrbem veterem: decimo tertio Kalendas Januarii Pontificatus nostri Anno secundo.
