    Gregorius episcopus seruus seruorum dei dilectis filijs abbati et conuentui monasterij sancti Michaelis in Mennse ordinis s. Benedicti patauiensis diocesis salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Cum a nobis petitur, quod iustum est et honestum, tam vigor equitatis quam ordo exigit racionis, vt id per solicitudinem officij nostri ad debitum perducatur effectum. Eapropter dilecti in domino filij uestris iustis postulacionibus grato concurrentes assensu sancti Michaelis de Stainenkirchen et sancti Vdalrici de Wiselburg ecclesias cum pertinentijs earundem, quas venerabilis frater noster episcopus patauiensis loci diocesanus capituli sui accedente consensu monasterio vestro, vt asseritis, pia et prouida liberalitate concessit, sicut eas iuste ac pacifice possidetis, vobis et per vos eidem monasterio auctoritate apostolica confirmamus et presentis scripti patrocinio conmunimus. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hanc paginam nostre confirmacionis infringere uel ei ausu temerario contraire. Si quis autem hoc attemptare presumpserit, indignacionem omnipotentis dei et beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum eius se nouerit incursurum. Datum Viterbij XVII kalendas Octobris, pontificatus nostri anno XI.
