    Ne gesta hominum, quibus nouercatur obliuio, per lapsum temporis in cordibus fidelium euanescant, virorum fide dignorum conmittuntur testimonio et scripture. Hinc est, quod ego hainricus de swarcense castellanus in chrems a domino meo illustri duce Austrie domino regni Boemie et Marchione Morauie judex delegatus et constitutus in causa, que occasione cuiusdam Molendini siti in chrems inter uiros venerabiles videlicet dominum Hainricum abbatem de Maennse et dominum Hermannum abbatem Clunicensem et dominum Chunradum prepositum de perchezgadem et dominum Engelbertum prepositum de Werde et dominum irnfridum canonicum patauiensem et decanum in chrems ex vna parte vertebatur, et es alia inter dominum hermannum de Rechperg et ortolfum Niedoarium (?) subditum eiusdem sic diremi accedente consilio et auxilio meliorum ciuium de chrems et de Stain, quod pro quadam summa pecunie scilicet octo librarum, quas dicti claustrales pro spontanea solummodo cessione dabant dicti Molendini possessoribus, sepe dictum molendinum penitus de medio auferatur nec per eos uel eorum posteros in perpetuum releuetur. Huius rei testes sunt Camerarius de perchsgadem, vlricus miles de camera, Chunradus notarius, albertus de Maennse, Chunradus ottnanger; sacerdotes in chrems dominus chunradus, dominus dietmarus, magister chunradus notarius decani, albertus scolasticus, wichardus subdiaconus; Ciues chunradus sebeker (?) helnwicus, pilgrimus, gofridus fratres, perchdo (?), chunrud de hedmersdorf (?). in huius et facti euidencia presens scriptum sigillis virorum venerabilium et meo et Gozonis tunc in chrems judicis conmunitur. factum in chrems in domo domini irnfridj decanj Anno domini M. CC. LVII. Indiccione XV.
