    Cum per etatis successionem omnia elabantur a memoria hominum, presenti scripto cunctis audientibus notificamus, quod Heinricus Chrevchaer de Gaersten habuit in beneficio mansum unum in Crems ab officiali Pilgrimo in Chirichdorf. Quem mansum ob mercedem diuine misericordie et etiam accepta ab hospitalis Amerlone parte pecunie hospitali in Pirn in estimatione decem talentorum obligauit et ius feodale in eodem mansu pariter ecclesie contulit. Predictus etiam Pilgrimus ob salutem sui et aliquo dono a nobis recepto inductus iuris sui feodalis certitudinem, quo a domino Ottone de Tegernbach infeodatus fuit, simul et consensum prioris facti nobis et hospitali condonauit. Quod factum, ne obliuioni detur, subscriptis testibus roboratur: Dominus Leutoldus de pernowe, Heinricus et Volmarus sacerdotes, Chunradus de Lambach, Heinricus officialis hospitalis, Heinricus, Perhtoldus, Fridericus fratres domus (?) Vlaeminc, Pilgrimus placmunt, Rutbertus, Fridericus, Ortolfus et alii quam plures.
