    Nouerint omnes tam presentes quam posteri presens scriptum inspecturi, quod ego O. de Ror propter reuerenciam gloriose dei genitricis Marie nec non et pro salute anime proprie et uxoris mee X talentorum donationem contuli hospitali sancte Marie in Pirn sub talj forma, quod annuatim ante quadragesimam usque ad persolutionem predicte pecunie magistro hospitalis duo talenta persoluam. Porro si medio tempore debitum mortis me soluere contigerit, uillicum meum Wernhardum in der Owe supradictam pecuniam de censu annuali mihi debito persoluere disposuj. Et ne forte filius meus hanc donationem cassare presumpserit, presentem paginam sigillo meo munitam prenominate domuj ad cautelam tradidi conseruandam. Huius facti testes sunt Bernhardus plebanus de Halle, Gundakerus de Styre, Heinricus de Egendorf et frater suus Ortolfus, Magens ammanus domini O. de Ror, Poppo, Heinricus cognomine Svenlin, Marquardus cognomine narre, Gotschalkus, Wernhardus de Hage, Albero filius domini Alberonis de Pollenheim, Pilgrimus ammannus de Kirchdorf, Herbordus, Heinricus gallus, Heinricus der Eichaere.
