Marchie Egre et Portusnon scire volumus presencium quoslibet inspectores tam presentes quam futuros, quod donacionem factam quondam per Hertnidum de Ortt bone memorie Hospitali sancte Marie in Pirno Monte de quibusdam bonis suis in falle Gersten juxta sui priuilegii continenciam et secundum confirmacionem factam de eisdem bonis per priuilegia Reuerendorum in Christo patrum Dominorum Hainrici felicis recordacionis quondam Babenbergensis Ecclesie episcopi et Berchtoldi venerabilis nunc eiusdem ecclesie Episcopi ratam habere volumus et auctoritate Regia per omnia confirmare, Ipsum Hospitale volentes possessione bonorum eorundem gaudere perpetuo pacifica et quieta. Quapropter singulis et vniuersis inhibemus districcius sub optentu (gracie nostre), ne quis dicto Hospitali in Pirno monte super bonis prehabitis deinceps audeat uel presumat aliquam suscitare materiam questionis, unde ipsum Hospitale possit aggrauari indebitis laboribus uel expensis; nam qui secus facere et nostris mandatis contrarius existeret in premissis, contra hunc procedimus grauiter, quemadmodum sua culpa exigit et requirit. Et ut singula supradicta in suo robore debito perseuerent, ipsi Hospitali in Monte Pirno damus presentem paginam nostrorum sigillorum munimine roboratam, Testibus, qui aderant, subvocatis, qui sunt Dominus Wernhardus venerabilis Sekouiensis Episcopus, Magister Hainricus venerabilis Werdensis prepositus, Magister Vlricus Plebanus Wiennensis noster Pro ... (wahrscheinlich Prothonotarius, das Übrige fehlt).
