    Nos Wernhardus et Heinricus fratres de Schovnberch profitemur presentibus, nos uidisse et intellexisse quoddam priuilegium datum a patre nostro et patruo Hospitali in Pirno monte, in quo se profitebantur dedisse assensum super eo, quod Ernestus de Vttstorf eidem hospitali in remedium anime sue donauit, tradidit et assignauit quoddam prediolum soluens annuatim denarios LX. situm in Gerstental in loco dicto Synol, quod ab ipsis in feudum et iure feudj tenebat, ipsi vero pater noster et patruus ab ecclesia Babenbergensi in feudo habuerunt, et quum sigillum ex uetustate fere consumptum fuerat, dominus Ch. magister hospitalis petiuit a nobis, quatinus predecessorum nostrorum pia facta habentes placita atque grata, dictum priuilegium nostrum etiam inserendo consensum curaremus in carta et sigillo dej intuitu et ad ipsius instantiam renouare. Nos itaque bonam intencionem predecessorum nostrorum commendantes, quod per ipsos factum est in hac parte, ratum habentes, immo confirmantes presentibus renouamus nostri sigillj munimine roborantes. Datum in Lintza anno dominj M. CC. LXX. IX. IIII. nonas Nouembris.
