Nos Wernhardus dei gratia ecclesie Patauiensis episcopus tenore presentium protestamur et constare volumus vniuersis, quod venerabiles fratres dominus Chunradus abbas de Altenburch et dominus Heinricus prepositus de Pernekke contractum nobis exhibuerunt per omnia in hec verba: (folgt die Urkunde Nr. XL). Aduertentes itaque contractum huiusmodi expedire ecclesiis et personis ipsamque salutem respicere animarum, cum auctoritate dioecesana in nomine domini confirmamus et presentis scripti robore comunimus, quod super hoc dedimus nostri sigilli munimine roboratum. Datum Ypolito in Sancto Ypolito VI. Idus Marcii, anno domini MCCLXXXVIII.
