Nos Chunradus dei gratia abbas in Altenburch tenore presentium protestamur et constare volumus vniuersis, quod dominus Wolframmus plebanus de Stregen, capellanus noster, de nostra beniuola voluntate et consensu nostri capituli aream vnam in Ebenprunne sitam ad ecclesiam suam in Stregen iure proprietario pertinentem dominabus ad sanctum Pernardum pro tercio dimidio talento denariorum Wiennensium vendidit, et pro eisdem denariis possessiones alias sibi et sue ecclesie contiguas et magis vtiles, duos videlicet agros cum pomerio et silua paruula aput Vulpem de Ekkenstain in recompensam dicte aree comparauit. Ne autem huius empcionis seu vendicionis formam quisquam nostrorum vel dicti plebani successorum valeat irritare, sed vt firma semper permaneat atque rata, sanctimonialibus supradictis presentes dedimus literas sigilli nostri robore consignatas pariter et firmatas. Datum et actum in Altenburch anno domini millesimo ducentesimo Lxxxviij0, tercio Nonas Junij.
