In nomine domini amen. Noscant tam presentis quam successure etatis cuncti fideles, quod ego Albertus de Lahsendorf cum consilio et consensu vxoris mee domine Dyemudis et heredum ac tocius mee posteritatis beniuola voluntate proprietatem meam in Tevnzendorf, que me hereditario contingebat et ex eo legandi vel vendendi hanc ipsam cuicumque volui liberam habui facultatem, videlicet quartum dimidium beneficium ibidem cum quatuor areis, ecclesie sancti Lamberti in Altenburch pro salute anime mee et omnium parentum meorum remedio, pleno iure meo, perpetuo tradidi possidendam, et eandem nomine ecclesie supradicte ad manus fratris Andree eiusdem monasterij cellerarij, vna cum domina vxore mea prehabita liberaliter resignaui, promittens fide data, quod defensionem debitam secundum omnem formam iusticie et terre consuetudinem velim de predictis possessionibus ipsi monasterio exhibere, et hoc dum adhuc bene potui sanus et viuus profiteor me fecisse. Ne autem de hoc facto alicui dubium generetur, sed vt hec mea donacio siue legacio firma et incommutabilis perseueret, presentem litteram inde confectam prenominate ecclesie sancti Lamberti in Altenburh et fratribus ibidem deo seruientibus pro euidenti testimonio tradidi, et eandem sigillis, tam domini Stephani de Meissowe marshalci Austrie, quam etiam domini Leupoldi de Sahsengange, ministerialium terre, vna cum appensione sigilli proprij communiri firmiter procuraui. Huius rei testes sunt: dominus Stephanus de Meissowe marshalcus Austrie, dominus Leupoldus de Sahsengange predicti, Levpoldus filius suus, dominus Alvldus de Chyowe, Heinricus filius suus, dominus Wulfingus de Clevntz, dominus Rapoto, Erchenbertus, Haidenricus, fratres purkcrauij in Gorshe, Hadmarus de Shonnenberch, Heinricus de Durrenpach, Ortolfus de Ronnenberch, Poppo de Liebenberch, Fridericus de Zeinlevb. Datum et actum in Wienna, anno domini MCC. nonagesimo primo, sexto Kalendas Octobris.
