In nomine domini amen. Nos Walchunus diuina miseracione abbas, Leupoldus prior, totusque conventus in Altenburch presentibus protestamur et constare volumus tam futuri temporis fidelibus quam presentis, quod nos cum communi consilio et consensu tocius nostre congregacionis villicarem curiam ecclesie nostre in Vronhouen apud stratam situatam Gunthero nostro colono ibidem et vxori sue ac eorum heredibus ciuili iure, quod vulgariter puorkreht dicitur, locauimus et a nostris manibus contulimus ad hunc censum, quod de iam dicta curia in festo sancti Egidij confessoris nobis deseruiat annis singulis duos modios siliginis, quadraginta septem mensuras auene, dimidium modium tritici, dimidium modium ordei, jn tribus festiuitatibus domini duodecim caseos, et sexaginta ova suo tempore, unum anserem, duos pullos carnisbriuiales et totidem auptumpnales, jn epyphania domini porcum ad valorem talenti dimidii computatum. Vendens quoque curiam pro iure destitucionis nobis sexaginta denarios, et emens pro iure institucionis totidem ministrabit. Volumus insuper atque in ipsa locacione subiecimus, ut colorius prefate curie resideat et nobis in omnibus obediat, ut colonus suo tenetur legittimo domino obedire, et non alteri nisi simplici rustico, qui iure prehabito similiter resideat, eam vendat, et vecturam vini de Wienna in vindemiis vel perficiat vel conducat. Ut autem hec nostra locacio siue collacio firma permaneat atque rata, et ne a nostris successoribus imposterum infringatur, in euidens testimonium pariter et cautelam omnium premissorum sepedictis Gunthero videlicet et uxori sue nec non heredibus eorundem presentem tradidimus litteram, sigillorum nostrorum tam uniuersitatis nostre, quam etiam sigilli proprij munimine roboratam. Huius rei testes sunt, qui presentes ibi aderant constituti: dominus Stephanus de Meissowe, marschalcus Austrie, dominus Heinricus de Pach, Heinricus Wiltperger, Gotschalcus de Vronhouen, Engilbertus de Chrug, Heinricus Dahpech, Otto de Grueb, Chunradus Shultzer, Ulricus dictus Star, Ditmarus de Altenburch, Prehtlinus, Heinricus Mauter, Chunradus Theolonarius, Fridericus Campsor frater suus, Fridericus dictus Vreunt, Chunradus Mauter, Wolfhardus carnifex, Heinricus frater suus, cives in Horn; Chunradus villicus, Ulricus Stocharner, Otto Sublubio, Heinricus Halbereuter, omnes de Vronhouen, et alij quam plures. Actum et datum in Altenburch, anno domini MCC. nonagesimo primo, tercio Kalendas Junij.
