Cum litterarum testimonia lites exterminent pullulantes, nos Fridericus et Heinricus fratres vterini de Dittreichstorf notum facimus vniuersis tam presentibus quam futuris hanc litteram inspecturis, quod nos cum consensu et fauore fratris nostri Chunradi de Holerbrvnne, specialiter quoque ego Fridericus prefatus cum bona voluntate vxoris mee Jeutte et filij mei Vlrici, et omnium heredum tam eorum, quam meorum, dimidium beneficium in Godweinstorf situatum, quod ad nos iure proprietario pertinebat, venerabilj domino Walchuno abbati in Altenburch et conuentui ibidem pro decem talentis denariorum Wiennensium vendidimus, dictam proprietatem apud Sunberch ad manus fratris Andree de Altenburch nomine sue ecclesie pleno nostro iure libere resignantes, fide data eidem promittendo, quod secundum omnem formam iusticie et terre consuetudinem, si necesse fuerit, omnem defensionem dicto beneficio in Godweinstorf exhibendam prestare debeamus et velimus monasterio supradicto, ipsumque indempnem in omnibus vna cum heredibus nostris prehabitis, si repulsam in posterum in eo perpessa fuerit, reddere vt tenemur. Ne autem de hoc facto alicui dubium generetur, set vt inconuertibiliter ratum permaneat atque firmum, in evidens testimonium premissorum supradictis abbati et conuentui in Altenburch et ecclesie ibidem presentes inde conscriptas tradidimus litteras, quas sigilli domini Hadmari senioris de Sunberch, quia sigillis propriis caruimus, procurauimus et impetrauimus munimine firmiter roborari. Huius rei testes sunt: dominus Hadmarus predictus et filij sui dominus Hadmarus et dominus Albero, dominus Wernherus de Sunberch, dominus Leupoldus de Ebental, dominus Heinricus de Pach, milites; Ditmarus Holtzsuch de Dittreichstorf, Dittricus de Regelstorf, Wichardus de Sunberch, jtem Heinricus Smeche et Fridericus frater suus ibidem, Danquardus de Pruerdorf, Heinricus de Wiltperch, Heinricus filius suus, Heinricus Dachpek, Gotschalcus de Vronhouen, Gotscalcus filius suus, Engelbertus de Grueb, Hugo de Mölt, Wichardus senior de Peugen, jtem Wichardus junior ibidem, Engelbertus Stainpeche, Albero Waltkerstainer, Vlricus Sturnus, et alij quam plures. Actum et datum in Sunberch, anno domini MCC. nonagesimo quarto, jn die sancti Barnabe apostoli.
