Cum litterarum testimonia lites exterminent pullulantes, nos Stephanus de Meissowe marschalcus Austrie, et Wulfingus de Slevntz dictus de Sunberch, presentibus protestamur et constare volumus vniuersis, quod Hedwigis de Reut, soror Renwardi de Chodaun, postquam actionem mouerat aduersus ecclesiam sancti Lamberti in Altenburch et abbatem et conuentum ibidem, super quadam proprietate sua in Fukla sita, quam Renwardum fratrem suum predictum preter consensum suum prefatis fratribus in Altenburch dixerat vendidisse, acceptis duobus talentis a domino Walchuno abbate dicti monasterij totali querimonie sue et liti, quam excitauerat, cum consensu filij sui Waltheri et filiarum suarum Margarete et Elisabeth iam adultarum, nec non Hugonis de Lidbnitze generis sui, et omnium heredum suorum bona voluntate, spontanee cedebat, omni iuri in ipsis bonis apud Fukla sitis sibi et predictis heredibus competenti renuncians, et ad manus dicti abbatis et sui conuentus libere resignans, promisit eisdem et etiam nobis, vna cum suis heredibus iam prehabitis, fide data, quod secundum omnem formam iusticie et terre consuetudinem, si necesse fuerit, omnem defensionem dictis proprietatibus exhibendam prestare velit et debeat de cetero dicto monasterio, et ipsum indempnem vna cum Renwardo fratre suo prefato et heredibus suis prehabitis, si repulsam inposterum in hiis receperit, reddere se in omnibus obligauit. Ne autem de hoc facto alicui dubium generetur, in euidens testimonium premissorum ad peticionem predictorum Hedwigis de Reut et Hugonis de Lidbnitze et heredum ipsorum, quia sigillis propriis caruerunt, presentes litteras inde conscriptas sigillorum nostrorum robore communitas, prenominate ecclesie in Altenburch tradidimus, et eidem etiam personaliter testimonium prehibemus, cum aliis testibus subnotatis, qui sunt: dominus Heinricus de Durrenpach, dominus Otto de Newenburch, dominus Vlricus de Velebrvnne, dominus Wolfhardus de Durrenpach, dominus Heinricus de Pach, milites; Heinricus de Wiltperch, Heinricus filius suus, Heinricus Dachpekke, Gotscalcus de Vronhouen, Gotscalcus filius suus, Hugo de Molt, Fridericus et Perchtoldus fratres dicti Zobel, Vlricus de Lindenuelde, Magenso de Shirneinsreut, Ditricus de Lehnitz, Almarus de Speissendorf, Fridericus de Elbenstain, Albero Walkerstainer, Leo de Drozendorf, Wulfingus ibidem, et alii quam plures.
