    Albertus dei gratia dux Austrie et Stirie, dominus Carniole, Marchie ac Portus Naonis, honesto viro Chunrado decano in Slevntz capellano suo, gratiam suam et omne bonum. Cupientes condicionem ecclesie vestre Slevntz commutari in melius, de certa sciencia quatenus nostra interest, tenore presencium vobis concedimus potestatem, vt dotes sev possessiones ipsius ecclesie locetis sub titulo iuris ciuilis, quod wlgo purchrecht dicitur, locacione perpetua, quia gratum et ratum habebimus et habemus, quicquid per vos rite et racionabiliter gestum fuerit, in hac parte, dantes has litteras in testimonium et robur perpetuum super eo.
