Quia gestarum rerum memoria processu temporis multociens evanescit, quapropter discretarum personarum prouidencia ipsam consuevit litterarum testimonio perhennare. Hinc est, quod nos Fridericus et Gerungus fratres dicti de Walpurch notum esse uolumus tenore presencium vniuersis tam presentibus quam futuris, quod duo feoda sita in Warperch Alberto dicto Auunculo suisque heredibus ac pueris fratris sui Vlricj absolute uendimus pro ipsorum denariis perpetuo possidenda jure proprietatis, et quibuscumque dare voluerint siue gratis uel eciam ad emendum, quos eciam in eisdem defendere ac ratificare nos presentibus obligamus, quod si predicti dampnum in hiis aliquod receperint, in bonis nostris in Chunrats de nostra bona uoluntate sibi recompensacionem recipient et restaurum. Actum et datum anno dominj MCCLXXXXVI, jn Ossenbach in domo dominj plebani. Huius rej testes sunt: dominus Albertus, dominus Vlricus, dominus Werenhardus, fratres de Swarzenauwe, dominus Hadmarus, Wichardus, Albertus de Ottenstain, dominus Fridericus plebanus, Hertwicus dictus Tuechel plebanus de Vitis, Vlricus dictus Oshse et alij quam plures. Et ne predictis super hiis dubium uel dampnum aliquod inposterum oriatur, presentes litteras eis dedimus in vigorem ueri testimonij nostri sigilli munimine roboratas.
