    Nos Wolfardus dei gratia prepositus ecclesie sancti Nycolai extra muros Patavienses notum facimus vniuersis, presentem litteram inspecturis, quod euidenti necessitate nos vrgente matura deliberatione prehabita vnanimique consensu nostri collegii vendidimus venerabili domino domino Heinrico abbati monasterii Altenburgensis suoque conuentui decimam, que nos in Fukla respicit, cum omni annona circumquaque eandem decimam attinentem in agris, quesitis seu inquirendis, ad terminum quatuor annorum continue se subsequencium, pro undetriginta libris denariorum Wiennensium, de quibus est nobis plenarie satisfactum. Et quia ad presens sigillum nostri conuentus habere non potuimus, nos vna cum domino Michahele magistro curie nostre in Mautharn, et domino Conrado Julcho, capellano nostro, promisimus fide dafa predicto abbati domino Heinrico, et Ortolfo de Praiteneich judici Hornensi et Pilgrimo fratri eius, ante natiuitatem beate virginis proxime affuture dirigere prefato monasterio Altenburgensi litteras super hoc confectas, sigillorum nostri videlicet et conuentus nostri robore communitas. Vt vero hec omnia inconuulsa maneant atque firma, dedimus eis presens scriptum, nostri sigilli munimine roboratum, cum testibus subnotatis. Testes sunt: dominus Vlricus plebanus de Stregen, dominus Vlricus plebanus de Horn, dominus Otto de Rorenpach, dominus Heinricus vicarius in Ritenburch, Ortolfus judex de Horn, Pilgrinus frater eius, Vlricus thelonearius, et Heinricus dictus Pauper, ciues Hornenses, et quam plures alii fide digni. Datum et actum anno domini M. CCC. XXV. jn vigilia Johannis Baptiste, in ciuitate Hornensi.
