Digne vobis liberalitatis dexteram app... cum in beneficiis vobis impensis priuata non queritis commoda, sed de hiis confratrum commoditati consulere laboratis, hoc sano respectu aduertentes, per fodinam aqueductus, quam pro generali fratrum recreatione inchoastis de propriis monasterii vestri obuentionibus absque carita. . .aliorum s... one non potestis consumare de.... vestre prehabito maturo peritorum consilio duximus indulgendum, et fructus beneficiorum ecclesiasticorum ad vestram p .... tationem collationem provisionem seu qualemcunque aliam dispositionem communiter uel diuisim spectantium cum ea vacare contingerit, primo una vice tantum retinere valeatis, vobis omni iure ... et forma, quibus melius et efficacius possumus indulgemus. Prouiso tamen, quod rectoribus et ministris ibidem canonice instituendis de sustentatione congrua medio tempore provideatur, ex qua cultum diuinum inibi hactenus obseruari consuetum absque diminutione qualibet continuare ualeant, et ecclesia (?) istorum beneficiorum onera supportari. In quorum testimonium et euidentiam pleniorom praesens scriptum vobis tradi mandauimus, sigilli nostri appensione munitum.
