Probst Siegfried und das Capitel der Passauer Kirche, während der Vacanz des bischöflichen Stuhles, investiren den von Johann Hofkircher, armiger ducatus Austriae, präsentirten Martin von Theya mit der Pfarre Puech, da der Pfarrer Colomann von Haselpach freiwillig resignirt hatte.Siegler: das Capitel (Legende: Sanctus Valentinus episcopus).
