Abstract

Notandum, quod dominus episcopus1 de consensu et voluntate Sibotonis de Owe bona, super quibus inter eosa questio vertitur, licet dominus episcopus esset in possessione eorundem, ad manus domini abbatis Chotwicensis2 usque ad festum beati Michahelis proximum posuit in sequestro ita, ut infra eundem terininum ipso domino episcopo due persone, que sint heredes dictorum bonorum, in proprietatem Pataviensis ecclesie offerrantur,b alioquin dominus episcopus intromittet se extunc de dictis bonis et fructibus in eisdem.
