Oblata per dominum Jo(hannem) Cepek, procuratorem et sindicum venerabilium dominorum abbatis et conventus monasterii Cotwicensis, ipso domino Conrado abbate monasterii beate Marie virginis in Obernburg Wienne in monasterio Scotorum in quodam cenaculo edificii abbacialis sedente, qui quidem dominus abbas ipsis litteris cum reverencia debita receptis inspectis et per me notarium1 publice lectis ad requisicionem prefati domini Johannis Cepek sindici et procuratoris decrevit processus oportunos presentibus ibidem venerabili patre domino Johanne abbate predicti monasterii Scotorum, magistro Laurentio de Oberngurk et Iohanne Resch de Swabach baccalaureis in decretis. Actum (1436) die Iovis XV mensis martii, indictione XIIII, pontificatus domini Eugenii anno sexto, hora vesperorum consueta et loco quo supra.
