Rudegerus dei gracia Patauiensis episcopus. Judicibus et movtariis suis tam Patauie quam in aliis locis circa danubium consistentibus graciam suam et omne bonum. Scire vos uolumus, quod abbati et conuentui de sancta cruce concessimus, ut in omni possessionis nostre loco nauis vna cum sale ipsorum singulis annis per danubium descensura ab omni exactione sit libera. Vobis ergo precipiendo mandamus, ut de sale memorati conuentus neque theloneum neque mvtam, nec de transitu, quod vvrvart appellatur, neque ullius iuris nomine quicquam exigatis aut exigi permittatis. Si quis forte de Austria aut etiam de uectoribus eiusdem salis alicui nostrorum aliquid debuerit, propter hoc abbas et conventus sancte crucis in nullo grauentur aut molestentur, sed res eorum libere abire permittantur.
