    Nos Corrad comes de Borsod ad vniuersorum noticiam tam presencium quam futurorum harum serie uolumus deuenire, quod, cum inter abbatem sancte crucis ex una parte et Sebotonem ex altera filium Sebotonis contencio uerteretur super illam terram de Sasun, quam antecessores nostri ecclesie sancte crucis perpetualiter possidendam contulerant, vna cum prephato abbate talem inter eos ordinauimus composicionem, quod in IIII. feodis duos antedicto Siboto reliquimus perpetualiter possidere, duos uero residuos et tributum vinee ecclesie supradicte perpetualiter possidere contulimus. Hoc tamen adiecto, quod prephatus Seboto de duobus feodis, quos sibi contulimus, ecclesie supradicte annuatim in festo sancti Georgii XII. denarios soluere teneatur. Anno domini M.°CC.°L.°VIII.° hoc etiam interposito, quod si aliquis ipsorum iniuriaretur, partes coram nobis super facto comparerent, et si vendere vellet, non aliis nisi nobis uel ecclesie uenderet.
